CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 48hrs notice in advance. Failure to do so within the allotted time will result in a 50% charge of the total service before being able to book back in to the salon.

A 25% deposit is to be made in order to secure a booking. In case of a no-show this is non-refundable. The deposit goes towards the final value of the service.

Arrivals of over 15mins late may have to be cancelled or rescheduled in order to not delay other services.

In the case of contra-indications where the service cannot go ahead, deposits will be refunded.

ALLERGY TEST

You must have a 48 Hour Allergy Alert Test done with us if:

  • You are a new colour client

  • You haven't had your colour or 48 Hour Allergy Alert Test done with us within the last 6 months.

Please call or message the salon to arrange this at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
